Little Beauty Tips - What To Eat

Lemon

Lemon contains a large amount of Vitamin C with good and effective anti-oxidant and whitening elements.

Lemon extracts can be an astringent or natural preservatives  for the purpose of oil balancing or detoxication. However, lemon cannot be directly applied on the skin surface due to its sensitivity.

In addition, lemon is good at eliminating fatique, restoring vitality and enhancing concentration. Smell of lemon essential oil can also obtain the same effects.
